West Clare Mental Health Association is a volunteer-led organisation that works to support people with mental health difficulties and to promote positive mental health in West Clare. The Lighthouse Peer Support Centre is a West Clare Mental Health Project that aims to support positive mental health and wellbeing and to support those with mental health difficulties through a range of activities. The Lighthouse aims to support people on their recovery journey through the provision of peer support. Peer Support is the help and support people who have been through similar experiences give to one another.
